I grew up right here in Michigan.
I’ve seen neighbors I care about,
people I’ve grown up with, struggle to navigate Medicare or care for aging parents, often overwhelmed and doing it alone.
That’s why I created MyNeighbor.care for one reason:
"To bring real, compassionate support back into the neighborhoods where it’s needed most
—starting right here in Michigan."
Whether you’re navigating Medicare, caring for a parent, or just trying to make sense of your options—you shouldn’t have to do it alone.
This initiative is an extension of Providence Wave Group (PWG), the company I founded to reimagine how healthcare, caregiving, and community support actually show up in people’s lives.
At PWG, we build smart home solutions to make everyday living safer, simpler, and more connected—for individuals, families, and communities.
As part of that mission, we're also launching Neighbor Events—a local gatherings focused on education, wellness, and simply getting to know one another. Because when neighbors connect, support each other, and feel empowered, communities grow stronger.
My name is Joseph Garcia and as your Licensed Neighbor Advisor, I’m here to help you make sense of Medicare—not as a service, but as someone who genuinely wants what’s best for you and your family.

I’ll help you find plans your doctor already works with—because switching doctors shouldn’t be part of the deal
And if you have a hospital you trust, we’ll make sure that stays in the picture too
